How do I set up Outlook to retrieve my e-mail?
1. Click on "Tools" then "Accounts".
2. Click on the "Properties" button or double Click on the account you wish to edit.
3. Click on the Tab labeled "Servers".
4. Modify the "Incoming mail (POP3):" field to read: pop.YOURDOMAIN.com
5 . Modify the "Outgoing mail (SMTP):" field to the outgoing mail server of your ISP (for example: smtp.cox.net or smtp.bellsouth.net). You will need to get this info from your internet service provider.
